I Liked It

- Pretty close to the perfect summer beer, very drinkable but not not lacking a great taste.

Definitely Drinkable
- Summer “Leftover” Ale II
- The second in my attempt to make a beer out of left over ingredients is simple but but quite thirst quenching.
- Berliner Weisse Sour
- My very first attempt at a sour beer turned out surprisingly well! I even tried flavouring some of it to see what that would be like.
- German Alt
- Although it may not be for everyone this recipe is a very interesting mix of flavours that somehow works really well together.
- Vienna Lager [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- A malt forward lager that manages to be clean & crisp while still being grounded in a nice malty base.
- Bohemian Pilsner [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Sweet and clean, best served ice cold on a hot summer day.

- OBK American Amber Ale [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Nice and clean with full, but not too heavy, body that has a crisp malty finish.
- OBK English Barleywine [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Somewhat under-carbonated but surprisingly well balanced between the mix of higher alcohol, sugar and roasty malt.
Ehh… Not Bad But…
- OBK Hefeweizen
- A little too sweet for my tastes but definitely still an enjoyable brew.
- Corona Extra Clone
- Doesn’t taste like Corona at all but that may not be a complete bad thing.
- English Honey Brown Ale [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Extremely smooth flavour that is just shy of standing out from the crowd.
- Boddingtons Clone [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Very reserved, subtle taste that doesn’t stand out too much in any way.
- Irish Stout [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Smooth and light, similar to Guinness but with less of a creamy taste.
Wouldn’t Brew That Again
- OBK Belgian Table Beer [Recipe] [Brew Day]
- Smells of sour and tastes of nothing except maybe a slight hint of pepper? Just too weird for my tastes…
- Baldwin St. Bohemian Pilsner [Recipe] [Brew Day] [Bottling Day] [Beer Day]
- Odd off-flavours that in all honesty were probably as a result of bad yeast and first time brewing mistakes.
- Very Simple Apple (Juice) Cider [Brew Day]
- Bland cider with no sweetness or tart flavour whatsoever.
