Recipe: OBK Hefeweizen

A pale, spicy and fruity wheat-based ale that’s light and refreshing. Notes of clove and banana stand out from the wheat ale yeast. Hop character is kept at a minimum to allow the grain, bread and straw flavour of the malt to shine through. A well rounded beer with a dry finish with lots of drinkability.
